PPA was hired by the developer Granite Morristown to be the executive architect on this 149- unit apartment complex built in downtown Morristown, New Jersey. The scope of work for PPA included schematic design, design development, working drawings, and construction administration for this 135,000 s.f. project, which encompasses three building sections and an English botanical garden in between.
